It's reported that concerned residents of Bridgewater called the police about 3:00 p.m. after observing a Toyota Wish parked on the road for some time.
The body of Carlton Miller of Bellaire in Runaway Bay was found on the back seat.
His body had stab wounds and the throat was slashed.
The police seized a knife, scissors and other implements from the scene.
