Entertainment mogul, Romeich Major, ended his birthday celebrations with a jam-packed street dance at his HQ, 1 ½ Campbell’s Blvd, on Saturday, October 28, 2023.
The free entry event witnessed a massive turnout from patrons, as early as the gates opened.
Featuring some of Jamaica’s hottest DJs and artistes, the Magnum-sponsored affair defied the odds of the week-long rain that threatened. Dominating the turntables throughout the night were Disc Jocks Chattis, Shukkle Bus, Fyahman, Banka and Lollipop, as they were tasked with keeping the audience fully entertained.
“Birthday blessings to one of the hardest working businessmen in the entertainment industry. Romeich is truly a special individual, and it shows in the numbers that came out to celebrate with him this entire week. We’re truly happy to have him as part of the Magnum family, and we look forward to doing great things together this next 365,” expressed Danielia McLean, Project Manager at J. Wray & Nephew Ltd.
Paying tribute to the man of the day, were his artistes Roze Don, Valiant and Ding Dong. The three artistes took to the stage one after the other, performing a medley of their hit songs for the loyal fans and supporters who patiently waited until 4am for the performances.
Romeich celebrated his 39th birthday with three days of festivities, beginning on Wednesday, October 28th, with a games night. He then hosted an invite-only ‘Hennessey Top 500’ soiree, where fellow industry players, socialites and influencers gathered for a grand night of partying. The weekend concluded with the annual street dance, which ended at approximately 4:30am Sunday morning.
