Monsignor Gladstone Wilson, an unsung hero of Jamaica and the Roman Catholic Faith, was posthumously honoured during the awards ceremony. A luminary figure, Msgr. Wilson's remarkable journey from scholarship admission to St. George’s College in 1918 to becoming the first native diocesan priest is a testament to his brilliance and dedication.
This year's honorees, Deacon Oswald Tai, Herman Athias, and Christopher Berry, received recognition for their outstanding service to the St. George’s College Old Boys’ Association (STGCOBA) and broader society. Their impactful contributions in the fields of banking, business, and finance embody the discipline and dedication instilled by St. George’s College.

The institution has played a pivotal role in shaping the character and success of numerous great Jamaicans, including the founder of Kingston College, Bishop Percival Gibson.
