The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) and The Hive Careers (THC), a subsidiary of Ingenuity Technologies Group Inc., have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to accelerate workforce development, innovation, and professional services throughout Jamaica and the wider Caribbean region.
The strategic partnership, effective June 24, 2025, will leverage the strengths of both institutions to provide access to expert consultants, access to regional and global mentors and advisors, innovation strategy and implementation support, and enhanced training opportunities for professionals and listed businesses, particularly those listed on the Junior and Micro Markets.
Under the agreement, TheHiveCareers will lead efforts in:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) Engagement
- Global Research & Development Support for listed companies
- Mentorship and Advisory Programs across priority sectors
- Professional Services Development and Referral
This initiative will also integrate with the JSE e-Campus, advancing its curriculum by onboarding expert facilitators and developing innovation-centered modules tailored to the current needs of regional professionals and businesses.
