National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang has been rated the worst performing member in the Andrew Holness led Cabinet.
The latest RJRGLEANER Don Anderson poll also listed Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton as the best performing minister.

The poll was conducted among a sample of 1,113 Jamaicans across the island.

Despite a six per cent decline in murders up to the end of August this year compared with the similar period last year, National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang is being viewed as the worst performing minister in Jamaica.

But in spite of a five per cent decline in his performance ratings when compared to last year, Health Minister Dr. Christopher Tufton is viewed by Jamaicans as the best performing minister.

Twenty-eight per cent of those interviewed between July 16 and 25 rated Dr. Tufton's performance among the best.

Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke was ranked the second best with eight per cent.

Mr. Anderson said this was followed by Local Government Minister Desmond McKenzie and Tourism Minister Edmund Bartlett, who both received seven per cent of the votes.

Culture, Gender and Entertainment Minister Olivia Grange followed with six per cent and Transport Minister Audley Shaw with three per cent.

But 22 per cent of all persons interviewed could not identify a minister they consider to be the best performing.

The RJRGLEANER Don Anderson poll has a margin of error of plus or minus three per cent.
