Powell, whose aim was to “create a space that was accessible for persons at all levels of fitness”, said the platform, called Asafa Fit Life, will also provide hands-on guidance on workouts and nutrition.
“Health is our greatest asset,” Powell said in a statement today.
“Having over a decade of dedicated workout and nutrition experience as an athlete I felt it was time to share that,” he added.
The services offered on the website (asafafitlife.com) include a 12-week fitness plan, nutrition advice, as well as recipes and fitness videos.
