A female St Thomas pastor and an ex-soldier are among 15 persons, including the leader, Andre 'Blackman' Bryan, who have been formally declared members of the notorious Spanish Town, St Catherine-based One Don faction of the Clansman gang.

Chief Justice Bryan Sykes has found reputed leader of the Clansman-One Don Gang, Andre 'Blackman' Bryan, guilty in relation to two more criminal charges.
CHIEF Justice Bryan Sykes has said that Andre "Blackman" Bryan — the man he on Monday declared was leader of the St Catherine-based Klansman gang — from the evidence in the case, was a "micromanager" who meticulously designed and sequenced how he wanted crimes to be carried out by his minions "from Genesis to Revelations".
Chief Justice Bryan Sykes says the 27 alleged members of the One Don faction of the Clansman gang cannot be sentenced under the New Firearms Act, as it was not in place prior to the start of the trial in September 2021.
