Campari, in collaboration with Xodus Carnival, delivered an elevated lifestyle experience last Thursday with an exclusive mixology experience and lyme hosted at TwentyThreeJWN.
The curated evening blended premium cocktail education with vibrant entertainment, offering guests a unique preview of the energy leading into the carnival season.
Attendees were guided through an interactive mixology experience, led by Campari Academy Instructor Sharmon Hinds-Smith, where they learned to craft a selection of signature Campari cocktails, including the Campari Grapefruit, Rumpari, Campari Orange, and the classic Campari Spritz. The session highlighted the versatility of Campari while encouraging guests to engage directly with the brand through hands-on participation.
Adding to the exclusivity of the evening, guests were also given insights into the inspiration behind each cocktail, deepening their appreciation for the craftsmanship and heritage of the Campari brand. This educational component reinforced the brand’s commitment to not only serving cocktails, but creating memorable, knowledge-driven experiences.
“This collaboration was designed to bring people together through shared experiences that celebrate flavor, culture, and connection,” said Chelsea Jameson, Marketing Manager of Xodus Carnival. “Partnering with Campari has allowed us to offer something both engaging and memorable as we continue building excitement for the road.”
Following the mixology showcase, the atmosphere transitioned into a lively social lyme, with guests enjoying a mix of interactive activities such as dominoes and spin-the-wheel games. The evening was underscored by a dynamic soca set by Laing D, creating an authentic and energetic ambiance reflective of the carnival spirit.
Dominic Bell, Communications Manager at J Wray & Nephew Limited, added that “Experiences like these allow us to showcase the depth and creativity of Campari in a way that resonates with our audience. With the Carnival season already in motion, this was an ideal opportunity to engage our partners, media, and influencers on the Campari cocktails we’re showcasing this year. Whether it’s the Campari Grapefruit, Campari Orange, or the Jamaican favourite Rumpari, our goal is to highlight proper preparation and responsible enjoyment on the road.”
The event forms part of a broader series of partnerships and activations leading into carnival week, reinforcing both brands’ commitment to delivering premium, culturally relevant experiences.
