In its latest move, the business has acquired a new location, through a lease agreement. The Company which specializes in home and business computers, laptops, accessories, speakers and printers, amongst other tech gadgets, finalized this investment in June 2023. This new acquisition will be located on Constant Spring Road, across from Active Home Centre.
Following the Company’s acquisition by Growth Tech Limited in 2022, Innovative Systems Limited (ISL) has since been eyeing expansion with the opening of an ISL Business Centre. With this in mind, the location had to accommodate a myriad of ideals, traffic being one of the main factors.
Garth Walker, Executive Chairman of Innovative Systems Limited explains that “As we continue to look at the landscape in expansion mode, we took into consideration the opportunities we could benefit from, and this location came up on the radar. In our research on the area, we realized that the traffic, both pedestrian and vehicular, accounted for thousands of potential customers traversing the constant spring corridor on a daily basis. We already have a store on Constant Spring Rd, however that is located in a mall. This acquisition gives us the opportunity to control our own destiny, as we would have our own parking with our own frontage to propel us to our customers.”
In addition to providing tech gadgets, Innovative Systems Limited also provides services such as printing, binding, photocopying and graphic designing through its Biz Centre. Noting the existing locations and their services, this new location will serve as the flagship store, housing the Finance, Sales, Marketing & Purchasing and Executive Offices under one roof.
“This property is approximately 3,800 sq ft, which will make this store our largest. It will encapsulate all our departments, and will be home to our biggest Biz Centre, enabling the provision of more services. This location will serve as our head office so we can capitalize on operation costs and working synergies” continued Walker.
With the expansion comes the introduction of new products and services, however Walker remained tight-lipped about exclusive products that will be featured at the flagship store. Having been working on this transaction for a few months, operations are expected to commence in time for the Christmas season.
Walker further expressed his optimism about the future of the Company.
“We are excited and optimistic about the future of this first world execution that we are embarking on. This location should generate another 35% in business for us, so we’re truly ecstatic about that. We are working assiduously to have the location up and running for December, so we can capitalize on the Christmas season and provide a more comfortable experience for our customers” Walker stated.
For over three decades, Innovative Systems Limited has remained a dominant force in the tech industry, and this acquisition will further solidify the Company’s status as the leading retail supplier, providing products and services to meet the specific needs of its customers.
