Held at Wavz beach, the event saw patrons decked out in 80s inspired outfits as they partied the night away to their favourite throwback hits.

Managing Director of Dream Entertainment, Scott Dunn, expressed that “I’m pleased with tonight’s turnout. Each event keeps getting better and better, so I’m reassured that patrons have been and continue to enjoy themselves.”

Dreamers were treated to a special performance from the ‘No Letting Go’ singer, Wayne Wonder. Wonder took the stage at approximately 3 AM, captivating the audience with renditions of his hit songs, ‘Saddest Day of my Life’, ‘Searching Dem Searching’, amongst others.

The artiste was elated to be a part of the 2023 staging of Dream WKND, stating that “It’s a pleasure to be on this stage tonight. The reception from the crowd was amazing and it felt really great to just be a part of this event.”

Musical vibes were held down by ZJ Liquid, Kevin Crown, Ricky Platinum and Shukkle Bus. The packed venue showcased their dancing skills all night, as they reveled in the oldies but goodies. The weekend’s festivities continued on Sunday, July 30, 2023, with Wet N Wild and World Vibes.
