With the most recent stagings held virtually, Magnum Xplosion is back with a bang. On August 19, 2023, the ‘Summer Stage’ edition will come alive at Queen's Park Savannah, Trinidad, as a celebration of Dancehall with an unforgettable night of music, dance and pure entertainment

Keeping true to the theme of celebrating Dancehall, current Dancehall sensations Skeng, Teejay, Jada Kingdom, Jahshii and the 2023 Magnum Top Performa, Jubba are all booked to treat patrons to an incredible night of musical prowess.

According to Kamal Powell, Regional Marketing Manager of Magnum Tonic Wine, “Since its inception, Magnum Xplosion has been one of the major events that we use to promote dancehall music and culture to the wider Caribbean. The reception to Magnum Xplosion has always been great, but as the first staging since the Covid – 19 pandemic, the excitement and buzz surrounding the event has been amazing.”

In leading up to the highly anticipated event, the Magnum team activated a series of roadshows every Friday, which began on July 14, 2023. These featured a mixture of live entertainment and giveaways, providing lucky customers with the chance to win Magnum merchandise, as well as tickets to Magnum Xplosion.

“Over the years, Magnum Xplosion has allowed us to expand our reach to more Caribbean territories and has provided avenues through which we can engage our customers. This year, we’re hoping to build on those relationships, giving back to our loyal customers and providing world-class entertainment from our Dancehall artistes.” Powell continued.

Tier 1 general female and male tickets are available for $300 and $350 respectively, while the VIP tickets are available for $600 and $700, female, and male, and can be purchased at www.islandetickets.com. With the purchase of a Magnum 4 Pack at select locations, customers will be given the chance to win tickets to the event. Customers are advised to tune into the various media channels for more information.
