Executive Chef Valentine Mckenzie has been doing the Super Bowl dinner
and buffets at Couples Tower Isle since 2012. He decided to go with a
barbecue-styled Mexican theme for the night. The menu included steak,
tacos, tortillas, various sausages, spicy barbecue ribs, Spanish rice, Southern
fried chicken, roast pork, and lots more for almost 400 guests.
Alexandra Ghisays, PR Manager for Couples Tower Isle said "With
the Super Bowl being among the world's most-watched single sporting
events, and frequently commanding the largest audience among all American
broadcasts during the year, Couples Tower Isle makes Super Bowl Sunday
extra special for our guests."
The state-of-the-art LED screen was provided by Drop Di Bass Entertainment
and the feed was coordinated by Sheldon Anglin the System Administrator for
Couples Tower Isle.
