Maitland was ordered Monday to return to the Supreme Court on November 1, 2023.

All outstanding material, including witness and police statements, were ordered to be submitted and disclosed.

The prosecution is to serve an indictment on the defence by October 27, 2023, and the parties are to engage in discussions prior to the plea and case management.

Maitland has been charged with murder and unlawful burial of a corpse in connection to the disappearance of 24-year-old Donaldson, who went missing in July of last year, allegedly after visiting Maitland.
