The principal, Suelyn Ward Brown, has been charged with breaches of the Proceeds of Crime Act, as well as the Law Reform Fraudulent Transactions Special Provisions Act, and Conspiracy to Defraud.
At least three other persons of interest are being sought in relation to the matter.
The issue of fraudulent sale of lands gained national attention earlier this month when Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced an October 6 demolition of illegal structures in the area.
Mr Holness said a criminal gang had captured lands near Clifton and was re-selling the lots.
He later said he had asked the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency to conduct a probe into the sale of the lands.
